Biddingowl does not collect credit card information. Bidders are not required to input their credit card information at registration.  Credit Card information is prompted at checkout if integrated with PayPal or Stripe.

When your items close, your winners will receive their automated winners notification. Once they click on their winner's notification they will be taken to their cart, to view any further checkout, pickup, etc. direction you have communicated, and checkout.

To communicate additional information to your winners go to Dashboard > Recieve Funds box > Alternative and Additional Payment Options box,

It is the responsibility of the auction to collect all monies from their winners, however, we do provide you with the tools that you would need to do so if they are slow in paying.
