How to Add a Ticket / Fund-A-Need

Tickets/Fund-A-Need (left side menu) > Add Ticket

Ticket Name - Enter your ticket title

Description - Enter the number of tickets available

Starting Amount of Tickets - Input the number of tickets you have available for purchase. If you're not sure, input a number that is greater than you think, so your ticket doesn't close out prematurely.

Type of Ticket - There are many different types of tickets you can sell.

Admission - You can sell individual, couple, or admission with a specific meal, etc.

Complimentary - these are zero-dollar tickets and are automatically hidden from the site. This option is for your back office use only, to account for all attendees at your event.

Other

Sponsorships - you can sell different levels of sponsorships, tables, etc

Raffles - raffles/entries can be sold, and the system can randomly select the winners for you.

Please Note The system does not create a downloadable ticket or assign a ticket number; however, your participants will receive their emailed receipts and pre-populate your Bidder Management when a ticket is purchased.

Paddle Raise - allows you to record paddle raises to your attendees' invoices. These are usually hidden and used for back-office purposes. However, you can keep them on the site if you wish.

Experiences - ie, Dinner with a Chef for 10ppl at $25.00 per seat, Pizza party with Ms. Smith's class for 25 kids at @ $5 per child, Day cruise for 15ppl at $100 per person.

Merchandise - you can sell multiples of items at a set price ie, 50 hats @ $5 per hat, etc. Selling individual items can

Hide Ticket from Bidders? - You can hide tickets from the site for many reasons; the ticket is used for back office purposes only, availability, etc.

Configuring your Tickets Pricing Tiers - You are able to input pricing tiers for any tickets that you are going to give a discount for when buying multiple tickets; ie selling 1 for $5, 3 for $10. If a discount isn't needed, then you will only need one main tier.

Click Save to save your ticket in Ticket Management.

Adding an Image to Your Ticket - Once your ticket is saved, you can go to Ticket Management and add your image to your ticket by clicking on the checkbox for the ticket, then clicking on Set Image from the top menu.
