This article explains how you can permanently delete your BiddingOwl account. Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile, bid history, and saved information from our platform.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure you have completed or transferred any active bids or auction activity.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

Contact BiddingOwl Support
Send an email to support@biddingowl.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line: 'Account Deletion Request.'

Include Required Information
In your email, provide your full name, registered email address, and (if applicable) your Bidder ID. This helps us confirm your identity and account ownership.

Wait for Confirmation
Our support team will process your request, verify your identity, and confirm when your account has been deleted. This process may take up to 3 business days.

After deletion, you will receive a confirmation email. All your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Verification

You will receive an email from BiddingOwl Support confirming the deletion of your account. Attempting to log in with your old credentials will no longer work.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Please ensure you have completed all necessary actions before requesting deletion.
