Yes, you can process credit cards on your own if you do not integrate with either PayPal or Stripe. Make sure to go to Dashboard > Receive Funds box > and fill out the Alternative and Additional Payment Options to instruct your bidders on how to pay you.
Further, you can print invoices via the manager account. Print > Invoices.
