You may print bid sheets in one of two ways:

• Print > Bid Sheets (select your option)

• Item Management > Select item(s) and click Bid Sheet options in the header menu. 

Please note:

Only OPEN and AVAILABLE items will be printed.

Live Auction Items: Once your items are entered, you can run your silent auction bid sheets at any time before your in-person event.

The system does not print sheets for CLOSED items. 

PreBid Auction Items: Do not run your bid sheets until the online bidding ends. The item's most recent online bid will be pre-populated on your bid sheets as your opening bid for your in-person event.
