Biddingowl does not collect credit card information. Bidders are not required to enter their credit card details during registration. Credit card information is only requested at checkout when integrated with PayPal or Stripe.
When your items close, your winners will receive an automated winner notification. Once they click on the notification, they will be directed to their cart.
It is the auction organizer's responsibility to collect all payments from winners. However, we provide the tools you need to follow up with winners who are late in making their payments.
